Patient-Centric Approach: The scheduling process prioritizes patient preferences by collecting their preferred visit times and days.
Route Optimization: The app intelligently optimizes visit routes to minimize travel time and maximize clinician efficiency.
Calendar Integration: Scheduled visits are automatically added to both the clinician's and patient's calendars for seamless coordination.
2. Scheduling Process
Collect Preferred Times: During the intake process or through direct communication, gather patients' preferred visit times and days.

Access the Scheduler: Navigate to the scheduling section of the Obran Health app.

Optimize Route: Select the patients you wish to schedule and click the "Optimize Route" button. The app will generate an optimized route based on patient preferences and clinician availability.

Review and Confirm: Review the proposed schedule and make any necessary adjustments. Once satisfied, confirm the schedule to create calendar invites for both you and the patients.
